Orient Express

“Orient Express” is a project initiated by Young Goldfish Association in partnership with SIS Association and financed by the Soros Foundation Romania.

We will organize guidance and motivational courses, Open Doors Days in 15 companies and Mentorship Programs for young people that want to start a career. We are helping high school or college graduates and young people with disabilities with their professional integration. The project is taking place from 10th of December 2009 until 30th of October 2010. We welcome companies to become our partner and join our effort to find and train the most qualified and professional young people.

Physical rehabilitation

Young Goldfish Association plans to open a new physical rehabilitation center to provide free services for youth in need of rehabilitation and professional integration. In addition to physical rehabilitation, we will facilitate the training or professional retraining and employment in a long term job, in accordance with the skills and personal preferences. We want to provide a professional integration system in collaboration with public and private sector.

Invest In The Potential

Young Goldfish Association volunteer’s participated in the fund raising campaign offering wet napkins at various events at Food Fest at Baneasa Shopping Center, The Fair for a Healthy Life with bio products at The Romanian Peasant Museum, at the Sinead O’Connor’s Concert, al Roman Arenas, at Tuborg Green Fest in Izvor Park and on the beach of the Romanian Black Sea. The funds were collected for the acquisition of wheel chairs for young people with disabilities.
